What are Healthy Homes standards (HHS), how operators can go about meeting them, and issues around retrofitting older units to comply with these standards.
Healthy Homes standards are important. One of the remits passed at the RVA's last AGM requires members to have all units comply with HHS and we need to educate members on exactly what this means and how we can measure compliance with the standards, and secondly, the Government's forthcoming review of RV legislation includes building standards. They do not want senior citizens living in homes that are below the required standard for rental units.
