The Retirement Villages Association (RVA) represents 96% of all retirement villages across New Zealand – more than 38,500 homes and 50,000 residents.

Our members include the country’s leading owners, developers and operators, and the RVA is the voice of this growing industry.

As an Associate Member, you’ll join a trusted network of suppliers, service providers and specialists who support the sector – and gain visibility, credibility, and access to the decision-makers who matter most.

Membership Fees (2025–26)

Membership runs from 1 April – 31 March each year, and renews automatically unless you cancel in writing before renewal.

If you join part-way through the year, your fee is pro-rated – you only pay for the remaining months.

Annual Fees:

• Standard organisations: $600 + GST
• Sole traders / small businesses (≤3 FTE): $350 + GST

All new Associate Members are approved by the RVA Executive Committee before confirmation.

• Sponsorship opportunities: Sponsorship of RVA events is exclusive to RVA Associate Members - Showcase your brand at RVA events, regional forums and seminars – the only way to sponsor is through membership!
